If you're shopping around for some clarity, there are a number of ways I can help. If it's not on the list, or you're not quite sure what you need, feel free to get in touch and we can talk it through - two heads are better than one!

Strategy

An independent perspective to help you connect the dots, simplifying the complex, and develop strategies to deliver the impact you need in the parameters you're operating in.

Planning

Turning strategy into action, working with stakeholders to develop implementation plans and motivate teams to deliver on the strategy and monitor its progress.

Audience insight

Bringing the voice of your audience to the table - to ensure we're addressing to their actual wants, needs and barriers vs what we imagine them to be.

Facilitation

Plan and facilitate strategic conversations with key stakeholders, subject matter experts or audiences to help gain consensus and move us forward. This could include planning workshops, focus groups, in-depth interviews or co-creation sessions.

Engagement

Any strategic shift requires people to get behind it to make it work. A compelling storyteller I can help you engage stakeholders to get the strategy across the line, bring cross-functional teams and agencies together to deliver on it, or develop brand and marketing communications to engage your key audiences.
